My boyfriend’s favorite cuisine is Mexican. Needless to say, we eat it a lot which raises our standards. Rosy’s Taco Bar met those standards. I love when bars offered flavored Margaritas. Since I’d never seen one before, I ordered a Fig Margarita. I was worried it would be too sweet, but it was just the right amount. We split an order of Chicken Nachos and left no fallen piece of lettuce to spare.
The vibe in Rosy’s was cool, even though it mostly empty due to COVID 19. It is a little loud for a first date, but definitely worth it to go with your long-time significant other or good friends.
